    Students should know the following before this exercise.

  • Type text.
  • Font style(Bold, Italic, Underline, Font size, Font name and Align – Left, Right, Centered)
  • Insert picture with "USB"

    Exercise:1


    Create a presentation for fruits. Create presentation in English language.- (Advance slide, slide show, USB – pen drive and transfer photos from mobile)

  • Create a presentation on fruits
  • Giving styles to the text - like font size, colour change, creating animation, etc.
  • Insert a picture into the PC, from a mobile using a USB cable.
  • Use ‘Slide transition’ for slide and pictures
  • Finally show the presentation, using the shortcut key (F5) or using the tool from the toolbar.

    Teacher Instruction
    1. Even if it takes time, make the Students type the text.
    2. Allow the Students to watch the movie with the solution.
    3. However it would be best if they do it independently after seeing the video. i.e. Video should not be open when working on the document.
    4. Use the words “layout”, “master pages”, “custom animation”. “slide transition”, “slide show”, etc. while teaching. They need to become familiar with these words.
